A mobile bar service that brings the party to you! Hitch & Sip provides professional bartending, unique craft cocktails, and customizable beverage experiences for weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings.

Host a Toast
Host a Toast is your premiere Minneapolis event management & staffing company! We offer catering management, beverage service, rental management and coordination of hospitality professionals to take your event from stressful to memorable! We offer our services to clients in three ways:
- Staffing services: This option is perfect for those who feel confident managing the planning and vendor communication on their own and/or if you simply need some extra hands at an event. You may also add on Beverage Service.
- Planning Services: Whether you are at the beginning stages of event planning and need help from start to finish, or you have plans and just need some help bringing it all together, we offer a wide variety of planning support.
- Beverage Service: Our Beverage Service is for client provided alcohol only, and must be combined with Staffing Services. We offer a variety of Beverage Service packages and add ons to customize your experience to meet your unique needs!

Fat Pants Brewing Co. offers more than just craft beer! This local Eden Prairie brew pub delivers a full food and catering experience centered on bold, flavorful comfort food. Their kitchen serves up a wide variety of shareable appetizers and hearty American-style dishes that pair perfectly with their house-brewed beers. For events, they offer customizable catering packages for groups of 20 or more, with everything from casual buffets like mac and cheese bars, tacos, and wings to elevated dinner options including braised short ribs and glazed salmon.
