Spark your students’ curiosity with environmental learning! Our education staff works with partners to create a customized program experience that caters to each group’s unique needs and goals. Our lessons are rooted in K-12 science standards and emphasize social-emotional learning. Camp Fire welcomes all, promoting inclusion in all of our program models.
Field Trips

*Onsite field trips are not available in the summer

Mobile Programs
Year-round
Camp Fire MN Naturalists bring environmental education lessons to your chosen program space; classrooms, community centers, or parks. These interactive programs engage students in lessons like Renewable Energy, Soil Science, and Stars & Constellations.

Sliding Scale Pricing
- Field Trips: $0-15 per student*
- Specialty Field Trips: $0-17 per student* (the schedule includes the choice of high ropes/rock wall climbing, or canoeing)
- Mobile Programs: $0-175 per station block
*Pricing is based on your school’s Free and Reduced Lunch Rate. We’ll work with you to design a program that best fits your curriculum and budget needs.
Transportation Funding Resources
Hennepin County: We are a pre-approved field trip location for bus funding! Learn how to apply for funding here.
Camp Fire Minnesota is unable to provide transportation for students; however, we do have limited funds available to reimburse bussing costs. Please reach out to fieldtrips@campfiremn.org to learn more about our first-come-first-serve transportation fund.
