Northwoods Adventure Trips
Sunday – Friday | Ages: 14-17
Eat, sleep, adventure! Led by two fully trained and qualified trip leaders, campers build lifelong strengths – collaboration, communication, and self confidence – on a Northwoods Adventure Trip! Campers start the week at Camp Fire Minnesota preparing for their trip and getting to know each other. After a night at Camp Fire, they hit the road for 3 nights of camping and adventure. Celebrate with a hot shower and meal at the dining hall during a final night spent back at Camp Fire.
Check-in: 3:00 – 4:00 pm, Sunday
Check-out: 3:30 pm to 3:45 pm, Friday
Closing Ceremony: 3:00 to 3:30, Friday
Campers must be comfortable in and around water and boats; paddling experience recommended.

Camp Bluewater - Wabana Chain of Lakes Canoe Trip
Campers arrive at Camp Fire Minnesota on Sunday and embark on their journey up north to our destination camp, Camp Bluewater, which is set on beautiful Bluewater Lake in the Chippewa National Forest. Together, campers plan their unique canoeing and camping trip within the Wabana Chain of Lakes. Campers will sleep in tents, enjoy camp cooked meals, paddle daily, and so much more.
Namakagon River Canoe Trip
After a night spent at Camp Fire Minnesota, campers will head to Wisconsin for 3 nights of canoeing and camping along the Namakagon River. This is a great entry level canoe trip with slow moving water, and beautiful campsites along the riverbank. Campers will sleep in tents, enjoy camp cooked meals, paddle daily, and so much more.
North Shore Adventure Trip
During this high adventure camping trip, campers will enjoy the thrill of white water rafting on the St. Louis River, climb to new heights and zip line through the trees along the North Shore of Lake Superior. Campers will sleep in tents, enjoy camp cooked meals, hike, and explore the beautiful northwoods.
