Hitch and Sip is a fun and unique option. Their popular option is their horse trailer bar set ups that are a fun addition to camp! They do offer more traditional bartending services as well as the trailer options! Hitch and Sip is part of the A’Britin Catering and Hospitality Group which owns Apples to Apples Catering, Hitch and Sip, and This Little Piggy Catering.

Host a Toast is your premiere Minneapolis event management & staffing company! We offer catering management, beverage service, rental management and coordination of hospitality professionals to take your event from stressful to memorable! We offer our services to clients in three ways:

1. Staffing services: This option is perfect for those who feel confident managing the planning and vendor communication on their own and/or if you simply need some extra hands at an event.  You may also add on Beverage Service.
2. Planning Services: Whether you are at the beginning stages of event planning and need help from start to finish, or you have plans and just need some help bringing it all together, we offer a wide variety of planning support.
3. Beverage Service: Our Beverage Service is for client provided alcohol only, and must be combined with Staffing Services. We offer a variety of Beverage Service packages and add ons to customize your experience to meet your unique needs!
