Celebrate a century of sparking discovery with us at our Alumni Reunion on Friday, May 10th, 2024. Embrace the nostalgia with both day and overnight registration options, giving you the chance to cook over a crackling campfire or share in the joy of a potluck feast. Together, let’s gather around the campfire with fellow alums, relive the thrill of archery, unleash creativity in crafts, sauna at sunset, serenade under the stars, embark on invigorating hikes, discover the essence of Camp Fire Minnesota today, and so much more!
*Alumni Reunion is ages 18+.
PRICING: Your registration fee covers staffing, facilities, activity materials, and supports our nonprofit youth programs. Thank you!

Day and Overnight Registrants
2-2:30pm – Check-in for all registrants
2:30-5:00pm – Registrants have the opportunity to participate in Camp Fire crafts, archery, a self-guided walking history tour, service project, and serenading with s’mores
3:00 & 4:00pm – Hike with a naturalist
5:30pm – Welcome to Camp Fire!
6:00pm – Potluck and cookout begins

10:00pm – Quiet hours

Cabins
Cabin assignments will be provided during check-in. If you have requests or accommodations not indicated in your registration, please contact us via email at info@campfiremn.org.
Although we will do our best, we may only be able to fulfill some requests. Cabins do not have electricity; please bring a flashlight or battery-operated lantern.

Food and Beverages
Friday: Participate in a potluck or bring your own food to cookout over a fire! Participants are responsible for bringing their own dinner and/or snacks. Please note there are no fridges or freezers available, and that no food may be stored in the cabins. Space will be provided for you to store your food in the Community & Dining Center.
Saturday: Overnight registrants can enjoy a cup of hot coffee and a light breakfast of baked goods on Saturday morning from 8:00-9:00 am in the Community & Dining Center.

Alcohol (wine, beer, or seltzer) is allowed on the property for this event and must be consumed responsibly. Hard alcohol is prohibited. Camp Fire Minnesota will not be held liable for any damages or injuries that occur due to the use of alcohol provided by the group.
Potluck
Are you interested in being part of the potluck dinner on Friday night? Sign up for a main dish, side dish, or dessert!
Waterfront
NEW! Thanks to the generosity of our partners at Sauna Camp, there will be a wood-fired sauna available for use at the waterfront during the open block of time after dinner.
You are welcome to visit the waterfront during your stay, but swimming and boating are not allowed during the event, except during the sauna session (swimming only) and if you choose to do a morning Polar Plunge.
Kids, Guests, and Pets
The Alumni Reunion is ages 18+. While we always love having young people around, the Alumni Reunion is a special time for adults to reminisce on their past years at camp. Please check out our upcoming family events and summer camp sessions for kid-friendly options!
Non-alum guests are welcome – the more, the merrier!
Pets, except specifically trained service animals, are not permitted at Camp Fire during this event.

Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing info@campfiremn.org. Canceling 2 weeks before the event will result in a 50% refund. The remaining balance of your payment will be considered a donation. No refunds will be issued after April 25, 2024.
