We all need to unplug and retreat into the calm of nature. Throughout the year, Tanadoona hosts events open to all…. because everyone needs a little extra Vitamin N(ature)!
All ages welcome, children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while attending the events listed here. Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

FREE NATURE WEBINARS
Join our team of Naturalists for a free webinar designed for youth and their families to bring a bit of Tanadoona to your home and learn something new about the nature around you!

TANADOONA PICNICS & PLAY DAYS
Campers, bring your families to Tanadoona. Show them your favorite spots, explore the woods, and enjoy some of our favorites activities like archery, team-building course, high ropes and more, all led by Tanadoona camp counselors! Adults, you get to play too!

FALL COLORS HIKE

Cost: FREE, suggested $5 donation at event (please register below)
Enjoy the Tanadoona trees in all their colorful glory! Bring your camera for beautiful fall photo ops or totally unplug as you wander the Tanadoona trails. Warm cider will be available. All guests must check-in at the Tanadoona Office (building with “Tanadoona” sign next to the parking lot)
- Guided Hike departs at 4:10 p.m. – led by a Camp Fire Minnesota Naturalist
- Maps available for self-guided hikes

Learn the basics of using a bow and arrow guided by the watchful expertise of trained archery instructors. Participants sign up for hour-long time slots. All ages welcome, but archery participants need to be 6 years and up. Closed-toe shoes required for all participants.
